Electrically driven hydraulic operated heavy duty machine for splitting of fire wood for Industrial concerns where using fire wood / tree stumps to fulfill for their thermal energy.

The conventional method of fire wood preparation at most factories are by manual means splitting logs with sledge hammer and chisel consumes large amount of labor & time which can be utilize in a more productive way. It is very common fact that the most factories & industrial concerns use moist and partially splitted logs for their requirements, the reason for this being insufficient and slow production manually of splitted fire wood, burning moist fire wood is an inefficient and also a waste of a valuable resource.

Hence there is an obvious advantage and need for a faster production method which would allow stockpiling and provide adequate drying duration for splitted fire wood. Presently stumps of these are allowed to waste as their hardness does not yield easily to splitting by manual means. Stumps can be easily splitted by the new machine & it can be seen that conventional manual wood splitting is not a positive solution for modern industrial needs. To fulfill this vacuum in the field, the new fire wood splitter is introduced. It is more efficient, low maintenance & low cost method for industrial needs. Furthermore it would utilize the maximum of energy source and conserve valuable resources of the nature.
